All Filipino students applying for a student permit must go over the lessons offered ranging from fundamentals of driving to the Philippine Land Transportation laws. This equips all future drivers to be safe and smart on the go. The minimum age for applying for a student permit is 16 years old for Filipino students, while 18 years old for foreign citizens who have been in the Philippines for at least once (1) and have stayed for at least six (6) months.
